With over 20 years’ experience in the Property Management industry I have “seen it all” and understand the predicament a Real Estate Agency can get into.  This can be due to varying issues such as multiple staff changes and each person implementing their own systems, or the owner simply dropping the ball or losing focus and trusting a team to manage their business.  This believe it or not is very common but the KEY thing to remember is, it is YOUR business and you need to take responsibility.

Real Estate Agencies have many departments and if one of these has a loose wheel then you may feel like your whole business is about to lose the entire body of the car.   In most cases – you would be correct.  When you take your car in for a wheel alignment, they need to look at the entire four wheels and make sure the car is balanced correctly and safe and YOUR business is no different.

I provide a one-on-one mentoring solution to look at each “wheel” and see where you can pump up, deflate or rotate those tyres.  You are the mechanic and I am your business mentor.
