I can highly recommend Validum Institute for any Real Estate Training. I recently completed my Cert IV in Real Estate Practice and found the process fantastic.... From meeting with them initially, having a payment plan in place, feeling supported through the course and having practical, real life scenarios throughout the course, the content itself was delivered in an easy to understand format with clear instructions of what was expected along the way. Even the roleplays were fun to do!

Initially I started with REIQ and found that course incredibly hard to navigate. My new office recommended Validum and it was the best move to make! Victor was... engaging and helpful and the whole course was so organised and the fact I could go into the student lounge for support was fantastic! Michael the assessor was so approachable and patient and Emily at the front reception desk was so lovely, helping me and offering tea or coffee. How Do You Get Started In Real Estate?
- To become a real estate agent, property manager, associate, administrator or agency owner in Queensland, you need to do is to obtain your Registration Certificate or Full Agent Licence.
- Check your eligibility with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading (OFT) (13 74 68)
- The great thing about these short courses is that you don’t need any pre-requisites, as long as you are 18 years of age and are eligible, you’re ready to study real estate
- Once you complete your course we issue your Statement of Attainment certifying competency and then you simply apply for the licence to the Office of Fair Trading
- Simply submit your details and we’ll discuss your career aspirations and which course is right for you
