I did my real estate course with the team at Validum, which I really enjoyed. Although I had a couple of mishaps losing files etc (my fault) they were patient and helpful.I loved the whole feeling when we visited their office in Rocklea as they were down to earth and at the same time very professional.We worked with Matthew which was an absolute joy however they all ooze integrity which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were friendly and helpful. The director himself had a chat to me before I signed up to answer my numerous questions. I took the full 6 months to complete the course but landed a job almost straight away once finished. Do make sure you have someone to record your 2 roleplays in person though, it would have been hard to do them online with a trainer, just logistically. Just completed my Full licence with Validum who made it a breeze. The staff are really helpful, friendly and were always able to get back to me even during out of office hours. The course is really well laid out allowing you to complete it at your own pace and even cherry pick which parts you want to work on at a certain time. The portal is really user friendly and I found it especially helpful that even when doing the assessments you could save at anytime and come back to it later, which as someone who was working full time around studying was really convenient. Would highly recommend that anyone looking at getting the real estate licence or to upgrade their current one to use Validum.read more
